What is the best way to contact us?

Please view our FAQS prior to submitting a question.

Our online customer service hours are
Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm ET.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be responded to on the next business day.

To check on your order please follow the link ORDER LOOKUP. (please open the order look up screen once customer pushes on ORDER LOOKUP).

If you are waiting for a response from us and did not receive it yet, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

Shopping Information

How do I place an order?

Add items that you like by clicking Add to Cart button. Once you are ready to checkout, click the Shopping Cart button in the top right corner to navigate to the Shopping Cart. Please note that you can review the items in your cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart.  Once you are ready to check-out, click Proceed to Checkout button or if you are not ready you can click Continue Shopping.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we provide international shipping. 

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes we provide a tracking number. We ship to the billing address or address that is provided for us through PayPal or our payment terminal via our checkout page that was used to process credit/debit card payments. Tracking number will then be created and email you. All packages are shipped via USPS.

I’ve just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email please email us at [email protected].

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept most Credit Card types as well as PayPal payment methods.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our website is utilizing 3rd party secure providers PayPal and Stripe.com as processors of all payments thus safety of all transactions adhere to PayPal and Stripe.com safety regulations.

How do I place an Order?

Please use Checkout process for checkout that will guide you through any updates you would like to make to the Shopping Bag, Payment, and confirming to place your order options. If you have any troubles with checkout please contact us at [email protected]

How can I add a Coupon/Promotional Code?

During the checkout you will be able to enter a coupon/promotional code. Please note that only one coupon/promotional code can be entered during checkout. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order. Please use Guest option during check-out. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Please use Track My Order option located at the bottom of the main page to track your order you have already placed. If you have any questions please contact us at [email protected]

Stock Availability?

To check an availability on specific item, please email us at [email protected]. Our collections are limited edition yet we might bring some items back so we will always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates for items that will be re-stocked. 

Return Policy?

Aftercare: Indigo, Pigment Dyed Garments

Aftercare?

Please use instructions to care for your garments. All pieces made with indigo and pigment dyed garments should be dry cleaned only. If you are not sure how to care for your garments please use a tag attached  to the garment or reference www.elzoria.com product page. Elzoria cannot accept any liability if you do not comfy with these instructions.
